Produktbeschreibung: The Nishikigoi (European short form: Koi) is one of the most important symbols of Asian mythology. The reputation is based on the legend that the fish conquered the legendary Huang Ho River upstream, and the gods were so impressed by this willpower and strength that the Koi was transformed into a mighty dragon at the end of its journey. The Nishikigoi therefore stands for everything related to strength. For the blade steel, strong carbon steel with a high carbon content was chosen. It was forged in the traditional Shinogi Zukuri style. It is a Maru Kitae blade that has been completely hardened to about 55 HRC. Particularly high-quality materials were used for the sword. The noble appearance resembles a museum exhibit. The included stand with the key data of the sword completes this impression.
