Product description: Katana sword with the popular Tonbo (dragonfly) motif. The dragonfly is depicted on many antique swords. The Tonbo Katana from Toshiro Swords features a Shinogi Zukuri blade with Honsanmai construction, having a hard edge and a softer core, which corresponds to the traditional construction of a sword blade. The blade is finely sharpened and has a hardness of 60 HRC at the edge. The sword is designed for cutting exercises with tatami mats and bamboo. The sword sheath is made of solid wood and features a traditional ring design. With the contrast to the beige handle wrap and the sageo (cord on the sword sheath), the sword makes an impressive appearance, which fits very well with the motif of the dragonfly. The handle is made of solid wood, and the wide tang is secured in the handle by two mekugi, providing very good stability. The handle is relatively wide and also suitable for large hands. Produktbeschreibung: Katana Schwert mit dem beliebten Tonbo (Libelle) Motiv. Die Libelle ist auf vielen antiken Schwertern abgebildet. Das Tonbo Katana von Toshiro Swords besitzt eine Shinogi Zukuri Klinge mit Honsanmai Aufbau mit harter Schneide und weicherem Kern, was dem traditionellen Aufbau einer Schwertklinge entspricht. Die Klinge ist scharf geschliffen und hat eine Hrte von 60 HRC an der Schneide. Das Schwert ist fr Schnittbungen mit Tatami Matten und Bambus ausgelegt. Die Schwertscheide besteht aus Massivholz und besitzt ein traditionelles Ring-Design.
