Redding .30-06 Springfield Competition Seater Die / Seating Die #55148
The Competition Seating Die aligns the cartridge case with the bullet above it in the longitudinally movable guide sleeve and then moves it along with the seating stem above it towards the micrometer screw. In this process, the seating stem pushes the bullet into the case. The seating stem has an exact caliber measurement, so the bullet cannot deviate and is thus seated straight into the case. The bullet guide and the seating stem are so precisely matched that the seating stem is pushed upwards on the air column when inserting a bullet. We know of no other seating die that is made with such precision. With the micrometer screw, you can set the seating depth exactly. Each graduation corresponds to 0.025 mm. You can set the micrometer screw to zero for your standard load and then easily try out different seating depths.
With the Competition dies, Redding sets new standards for precision and workmanship. Insights and experience from the Bench Rest field and Long Range shooting are uncompromisingly implemented. Redding .30-06 Springfield Competition Seater Die / Setzmatrize #55148
Bei der Competition Setzmatrize wird die Patronenhülse mit dem darüber befindlichen Geschoss in der in Längsrichtung beweglichen Führungshülse ausgerichtet und dann mitsamt dem darüber befindlichen Setzstempel in Richtung Mikrometerschraube bewegt. Dabei drückt der Setzstempel das Geschoss in die Hülse. Der Setzstempel hat genaues Kalibermaß, so dass das Geschoss nicht ausweichen kann und somit gerade in die Hülse gesetzt wird. Die Geschossführung und der Setzstempel sind so genau aufeinander abgestimmt, dass der Setzstempel beim Einführen eines Geschosses auf der Luftsäule nach oben gedrückt wird. Wir kennen keine andere Setzmatrize, die so präzise gearbeitet ist. Mit der Mikrometerschraube können Sie die Setztiefe genau einstellen. Jeder Teilstrich entspricht 0,025 mm. Sie können die Mikrometerschraube für Ihre Standardladung auf Null stellen und anschließend problemlos verschiedene Setztiefen ausprobieren.
