Dewey cleaning rods are equipped (with few exceptions) with a durable nylon coating to protect all parts of the firearm, especially the most valuable barrels, from scratches during the cleaning process.
A major plus of the Dewey cleaning rods is the multi-ball bearing handle, which allows the cleaning tool to follow the twist of the barrel as if by itself. Accidental reverse turning is excluded, and the strong relief of the wrist is a welcome side effect! This makes even longer cleaning duties a non-burden.
A core made of spring steel provides the necessary stability and flexibility and easily withstands high pressure.

Ein großes Plus der Dewey Putzstöcke ist der mehrfach kugelgelagerte Griff, welcher es dem Putzzeug ermöglicht, wie von selbst exakt dem Drall des Laufs zu folgen. Versehentliches Gegendrehen ist ausgeschlossen und die starke Entlastung des Handgelenks stellt einen willkommenen Nebeneffekt dar! So werden auch länger dauernde Putzpflichten zu keiner Belastung.
Ein Kern aus Federstahl sorgt für die nötige Stabilität und Flexibilität und hält auch großem Druck problemlos stand.
