Ballistol Aluminium-Brünierung – tiefschwarze Streichbrünierung für Aluminiumlegierungen Die Ballistol Aluminium-Brünierung ist die erste Aluminium-Brünierung, die für den Endanwender zugelassen ist. Die schwarze Streichbrünierung liefert ein sattes, abriebfestes und dauerhaftes Schwarz auf Aluminiumlegierungen. Sie eignet sich zum Ausbessern von Kratzern und Reibstellen genauso wie zur Neubrünierung ganzer Bauteile – etwa Zielfernrohrmontagen, Waffenhandschutz bei Halbautomaten oder kleinere Komponenten. Aluminium lässt sich anders als Stahl nicht durch klassische Eisenoxid-Brünierung schwärzen. Die Ballistol Aluminium-Brünierung nutzt eine speziell entwickelte chemische Reaktion, die gezielt auf Aluminiumlegierungen abgestimmt ist. Das Ergebnis ist optisch und funktional vergleichbar mit industriellen Eloxierungen – aber ohne Bad und ohne Maschinenaufwand. Nicht unter 20 °C anwenden. Ergiebigkeit: ca. 100 ml pro m².
