The MR308 is a semi-automatic self-loading rifle in caliber .308 Win. It is the civilian version of the police and military-used HK417, maintaining the same quality with the same high standards of precision, safety, and reliability. As an indirect gas-operated loader, the MR308 operates like its smaller brother, the MR223, using the proven and reliable drive system of the G36. This highly precise long gun in AR design is fully suitable for hunting and guarantees top results in static and dynamic long gun disciplines among sport shooters.
The MR308 is available in barrel lengths of 13, 16.5, and 20 inches. The cold-hammered and hard-chromed precision barrels are free-floating and ensure excellent hit results. The Slim Line handguard with HKey interfaces fits precisely on the extended barrel nut, ensuring that no components warp or start to wobble under load. The adjustable Slim Line stock, combined with the short barrel length, makes the MR308 extremely maneuverable. With detent positions, the stock can be optimally adjusted to the body structure. Identical to the MR223, the big brother MR308 features ambidextrous and symmetrically arranged controls for a balanced combination of handling and control. Quick transitions from right to left shooting positions are just as possible as easy operation by left-handed shooters.
A bit of G28 feeling
Those who choose an MR308 and still want to enjoy a bit of G28 feeling can fulfill this wish by acquiring an MR308 A3-28. In this configuration, the MR308 features the components typical for the G28. This includes the length-adjustable stock with fine adjustment and adjustable cheek rest, as well as the unmistakable quad rail handguard with integrated folding sight that is characteristic of the G28.

Das MR308 ist ein halbautomatisches Selbstladegewehr im Kaliber .308 Win. Es ist die zivile Ausführung des polizeilich und militärisch genutzten HK417 in derselben Qualität mit dem gleichen hohen Anspruch an Präzision, Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit. Als indirekter Gasdrucklader arbeitet das MR308 wie auch sein kleinerer Bruder MR223 mit dem bewährten und zuverlässigen Antriebssystem des G36. Die hochpräzise Langwaffe im AR-Design ist voll jagdtauglich und unter Sportschützen ein Garant für Top Ergebnisse bei statischen und dynamischen Langwaffendisziplinen.
Das MR308 ist in den Rohrlängen 13, 16.5 und 20 Zoll erhältlich. Die kaltgehämmerten und hartverchromten Präzisionsrohre sind freischwingend und sorgen für exzellente Treffergebnisse. Der Slim Line Handschutz mit HKey-Schnittstellen sitzt passgenau auf der verlängerten Rohrmutter und stellt dabei sicher, dass sich keine Bauteile unter Belastung verziehen oder anfangen zu wackeln. Die ausziehbare Slim Line Schulterstütze in Verbindung mit der kurzen Rohrlänge macht das MR308 extrem führig. Mittels Rastpositionen kann die Schulterstütze optimal auf den Körperbau eingestellt werden. Identisch zum MR223 verfügt der große Bruder MR308 über beidseitige und symmetrisch angeordnete Bedienelementen für eine ausgewogene Kombination aus Handling und Kontrolle. Schnelle Wechsel von Rechts- auf Linksanschlag sind ebenso möglich wie die problemlose Bedienung durch Linksschützen.
Ein bisschen G28 Feeling
Wer sich für eine MR308 entscheidet und dennoch etwas G28 Feeling genießen möchte, der kann sich diesen Wunsch durch den Erwerb einer MR308 A3-28 erfüllen. In dieser Konfiguration verfügt das MR308 über die für das G28 typischen Bauteile. Dazu zählt die Längenverstellbare Schulterstütze mit Feinjustierung und verstellbarer Wangenauflage sowie der für das G28 unverkennbare Quadrail-Handschutz mit integriertem Klappvisier.
