If you own a Ruger Mini 14 and are not satisfied with its shooting performance, we have the right solution for you! We will teach you how to shoot. The small Ruger was long considered the benchmark in the semi-automatic category (as no other rifle had as many accessories available as the Mini 14). Since it did not exactly shine with high precision, we developed a conversion kit to turn it into a competition-capable rifle. First, we had to install a stronger barrel that can better withstand the large movements during firing and has a twist rate adapted to the projectile. For this, we had to design a new gas port to be able to install the stronger barrel functionally. Depending on the diameter and twist rate, barrels from the companies Heym or Lothar Walther are used, with the chamber dimensions adjusted to minimal sizes.

The diameter of the barrels we install can range between 18 and 30 mm (23 mm standard). The barrel length is 600 mm. The expected group diameter will be between 20 mm and 50 mm, depending on the twist rate used and the type of projectile.

Of course, we also offer trigger tuning. The trigger will then break cleanly and creep-free at around 1000 grams. The complete conversion includes a new gas port, the installation of a new match barrel, and all associated work, as well as the proofing costs and trigger tuning. Additionally, we have some exclusive accessories ready for you, such as various stocks!

Wenn Sie einen Ruger Mini 14 besitzen und mit der Schussleistung nicht zufrieden sind, haben wir das richtige für Sie!
Wir bringen ihm das Schießen bei. Der kleine Ruger war lange Zeit das Maß der Dinge im Bereich des Halbautomaten (denn für kein anderes Gewehr bekam man so viele Zubehörteile wie für den Mini 14).
Da es nicht gerade mit Hochpräzision glänzte, entwickelten wir einen Umbausatz um aus ihm ein wettkampffähiges Gewehr zu machen. Als Erstes mussten wir einen stärkeren Lauf einziehen, der den großen Bewegungen während der Schussabgabe besser standhält und einen an das Geschoss angepassten Drall bereithält. Hierzu mussten wir eine neue Gasannahme konstruieren um den stärkeren Lauffunktionstüchtig einbauen zu können . Je nach Durchmesser und Drall kommen Läufe der Firma Heym oder Lothar Walther zum Einsatz, wobei die Patronenlager auf Minimalmaße angepasst werden.

Der Durchmesser der von uns eingebauten Läufe kann sich zwischen 18 und 30 mm bewegen (23mm Standart). Die Lauflänge beträgt 600 mm. Der zu erwartende Streukreisdurchmesser liegt je nach verwendetem Drall und Geschosstyp zwischen
20 mm und 50 mm.

Selbstverständlich bieten wir Ihnen auch ein Abzugstuning an. Der Abzug löst dann trocken und kriechfrei bei ca 1000 Gramm aus. Der komplette Umbau enthält eine neue Gasentnahme, den Einbau eines neuen Matchlaufes und sämtliche in deren Verbindung anfallenden Arbeiten sowie die Beschusskosten und das Abzugstuning. Zusätzlich halten wir noch einige exklusive Zubehörteile wie div. Schäfte für Sie bereit!

Selbstverständlich statten wir auch Ihren schon vorhandenen Ruger Mini mit einem Matchlauf aus !!!!
