Telo magwellu je z hliníka – diel je pevný a zároveň ľahký. Priložená ťažká mosadzná vložka dopĺňa hmotnosť v spodnej časti rukoväte, čím zbraň získa vyváženejší pocit a stabilnejšie správanie pri rýchlej streľbe. Vložka zároveň vypĺňa zadnú dutinu rukoväte.
