zesílenou třípramennou pružinu Super 42
buffer H1
mil-spec buffer trubici (7075-T6 hliník)
koncové díly (castle nut + end plate podle konfigurace setu)
Celý systém je navržený jako vylepšení standardního vratného ústrojí AR platformy, kde Geissele klade důraz na spolehlivější cyklus, delší životnost pružiny a plynulejší chod závěru.
Co dělá Super 42 systém
Pružina Super 42 má unikátní konstrukci ze tří samostatných pramenů drátu, což:
zvyšuje odolnost proti únavě materiálu
stabilizuje chod závěru (méně „twangu“)
zlepšuje návrat závěru do baterie
poskytuje mírně vyšší návratovou sílu oproti standardní pružině
Buffer H1 je lehce vyvážený (kombinace ocelových a wolframových závaží) a často se používá jako univerzální kompromis pro 16" AR-15 s mid-length nebo carbine gas systémem.
