Další technickou novinkou je tzv."HALO rotor". Speciální elipsovitý tvar rotoru zvyšuje jeho sílu a odolnost, zlepšuje navíjení vlasce a zabraňuje sklouznutí vlasce pod cívku. Součástí je multidisková brzda, systém ultra - jemného a plynulého brzdění.
Navijáky Mitchell 300 se vyrábějí ve dvou verzích. Základní model je vybaven 6 ložisky, má jemně nastavitelnou multidiskovou brzdu a je dodáván s aluminiovou cívkou. Modely 300 Pro mají 10 ložisek, multidiskovou brzdu s karbonovými podložkami, kovovou kličku a aluminiovou cívku. Obě verze navijáků Mitchell 300 se vyrábějí ve třech velikostech.
