BCM RECCE-14 MCMR Carbine má 14,5" hlaveň z oceli 11595E s mangan-fosfátovou povrchovkou, stoupání hlavně 1:7" a úsťovým brzdou BCM Mod 0. Puška BCM dále nabízí 13" MLOK předpažbí se souvislým horním railem, velmi pohodlnou a pevnou teleskopickou pažbu BCM Mod 0 se 6 polohami, egonomickou pistolovou rukojeť: BCM mod 3 a spoušť BCM PNT.
Horní i spodní rám zbraně je kovaný ze slitiny hliníku 7075-T6 s hadreloxovou povrchovou úpravou dle vojenské normy MIL-8625F.
