2. Tyhjiöuuni lämmitetty ja ilmakarkaistu. 300 asteen karkaisu kahdesti takaa parhaan kovuuden ja sitkeyden.
3. Yläpinta ja pohjapinta on CNC-jyrsitty yhdellä jyrsimellä työkalujen vaihdosta aiheutuvien virheiden minimoimiseksi.

They are made of 420 stainless steel. They won’t rust like the carbon steel ones from our competitors.
Vacuum kiln heated and air quenched. 300 deg tempered twice for the best combination of hardness and toughness.
The top surface and base surface are CNC milled with one milling cutter to minimize errors from the tooling change. Each shell holder was height checked by gauge, with a plus/minus half thou accuracy.
