Stag Arms 15 Tactical QPQ 10,5" to AR15 w kalibrze .223 z lufą o długości 10,5". W broni zastosowano przewód lufy o skoku gwintu 1/7 oraz klasyczny zespół ruchomy z karabinków M16. Lufa zakończona została urządzeniem wylotowym typu A2, które jest osadzone na standardowym gwincie 1/2x28.
W broni zastosowano aluminiowe łoże (stop 7075 T6) SL Gen 2 Handguard z szyną MIL-STD-1913 na grzbiecie oraz slotami systemu M-LOK po bokach i na dole. Konstrukcja łoża zapewnia bardzo dobry przepływ powietrza, które chłodzi lufę, a zarazem jest ergonomiczna.
Wszystkie mechanizmy w Stag Arms 15 Tactical QPQ 10,5" są kompatybilne z innymi karabinkami z rodziny AR, dzięki czemu broń można dowolnie modyfikować.
