Sposób użycia:
1. Przed użyciem zanurz kamień w wodzie na około 15 min lub użyj oleju do ostrzenia (dla każdego kamienia używaj wyłącznie jednej z metod).2. Postaw ostrzałkę na płaskiej powierzchni.3. Trzymaj nóż pod kątem 15°-30° w stosunku do kamienia. Ważne! Podczas ostrzenia utrzymuj stały kąt.4. Przesuwaj nóż do przodu oraz do tyłu w jednym tempie lekko go dociskając.5. Wykorzystuj podczas ostrzenia całą powierzchnię kamienia.6. Kamień podczas ostrzenia powinien być cały czas wilgotny.7. Kiedy podczas ostrzenia pojawią się zadziory zmień stronę na drugą - przeciągnij ostrze po kamieniu w celu wygładzenia zadziorów. 8. Na zakończenie oczyść starannie krawędź ostrza.
