#8427 Karabinek MAS Mle 1936-51 kal.7,5 Mas.
Karabinek MAS Mle 1936 jako etatowy karabin piechoty został wprowadzony do uzbrojenia armii francuskiej w roku 1938. Do momentu zawieszenia broni w 1940 wyprodukowano około 430.000 sztuk.

Post-war refurbished rifles may have mismatched numbers, missing numbers, or generally have matching numbers remaining on only the receiver and bolt. If the numbers on the stock are missing, they may have been sanded away during refinishing or new furniture replacements have been added and they remain unmarked. Like wise, new metal parts may not have been renumbered during replacement. Reuse of surplus parts may account for different, mixed-number rifles. This is commonly observed on the floor plate. The trigger guard may be scrubbed and the bolt stem scrubbed, then re-stamped to the receiver’s serial number. Stocks are made of beech. Post-war, arsenal refurbished rifles are generally mismatched; matching only with stamped numbers found on the bolt and receiver. This is considered a matching post-war rebuild. The following attributes should be considered as generalizations-many variations can exist."
