Model 960 produkowany był w latach 1973 - 1993 (łączna ilość: 36007 egzemplarzy).
Wariant z lufą o długości 3 cali był używany przez hiszpańską policję do roku 1989 - kiedy to zdecydowano przezbroić tę formację w pistolety.
Model 960 produkowany był w kalibrze .38Spl - ale pewną część (tak jak właśnie ten egzemplarz) wyprodukowano w obu kalibrach (.357 Magnum / .38 Special)
Rewolwer mało używany, w świetnym stanie. Pomiędzy okładzinami widać mikroskopijne punkciki korozji - widoczne są one znacznie bardziej na zdjęciach, niż "na żywo".
Stosunkowo ciężka, bardzo solidna konstrukcja. Bębenek sześcionabojowe, długość lufy 4 cale.
Przewód lufy: prawie idealny - ale w jednym miejscu widać jeden drobny wżer.
