Produkcja radzieckiego arsenału w Tule z roku 1921 - czyli bardzo wczesna.
W okresie II wojny światowej ten egzemplarz trafił na stan armii fińskiej. Typowe więc dla Mosinów z taką historią są ingerencje wynikające z późniejszych remontów: fińska oksyda, fińskie oznaczenia, wymieszane części (produkcji fińskiej, rosyjskiej, radzieckiej, amerykańskiej), przekreślone / usunięte numery itd.
W tym wypadku Finowie wymienili zamek (numer seryjny wymuszony), oraz położyli nową oksydę. Arszyny na skali szczerbinki nie zostały skasowane. Kolba radziecka (nie fińska).
Na lufie obecny jest fiński stempel wojskowy "SA" (Suomen Armeija).
Egzemplarz sprawdzony i wypróbowany przez rusznikarza.
Przewód lufy: jasny, czysty, gwint kompletny i ostry na całej długości. Delikatnie używany. Jak na karabiny z tego okresu - bardzo dobry.
