Numer seryjny wskazuje na produkcję w arsenale Tokio (Koishikawa).

Wszystko oryginalne - łącznie z pięknie zachowaną oksydą. Uwagę zwraca wnętrze komory zamkowej w stanie "białym". Podczas ewentualnych remontów broni ten detal nie był już ponownie polerowany - więc jest to pierwsza oznaka, że w tym wypadku oksyda jest fabryczna. Zamek również fabrycznie w stanie "białym".

Pełne oznaczenia fabryczne. Chryzantema (oznaczenie cesarskie) ma nabite trzy okręgi - oznacza to, że broń została wycofana ze stanu armii japońskiej, a symbol cesarza został w ten sposób skasowany.
