Numer seryjny wskazuje na kontraktową produkcję belgijską na eksport do Finlandii. Łącznie, w okresie luty - kwiecień roku 1940 dostarczono do tego kraju około 2500 sztuk FN1910 - w przedziale numerycznym 458xxx - 460xxx.

W Finlandii broń tak była używana przez wojsko (ale ekstremalnie rzadko oznaczano ją stemplami "SA") - a po wojnie przekazano je do użytku policji, gdzie stosowano ją do lat dziewięćdziesiątych.
