Podpory dwójnogu można ustawić w pozycjach: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135° oraz 160°. Konstrukcja BT46-LW17 PSR Atlas Bipod umożliwia obrót bronią i pochylanie jej na boki w zakresie +/- 15°. Strzelec ma możliwość zwiększenia oporu obrotu i pochylania lub ich zablokowania za pomocą pokrętła.
Istnieje możliwość zastosowania przedłużenia podpór o 7,5 cm oraz zmiany stopek podpór z gumowych na metalowe – gładkie lub z kolcami. Wymiana stopek odbywa się bez użycia specjalistycznych narzędzi, np. z wykorzystaniem pocisku do wciśnięcia przycisku blokującego.
