#3196 Karabin Mosin 1891 kal. 7,62x54R (7,62x53R). Produkcja rosyjskiego arsenału w Tule. Bardzo wczesny egzemplarz z roku 1898. Broń po 1918 znalazła się w Finlandii, gdzie była używana w armii. Stąd wzięły się fińskie ingerencje: fińska oksyda, fińskie oznaczenia, wymieszane części - niektóre fińskiej produkcji, przekreślone / usunięte numery.

Przewód lufy - w złym stanie. Widać gwint, owszem, ale całość przewodu jest skorodowana. Po prostu broń po strzelaniu nie była czyszczona. Oczywiście można z tego karabinu strzelać, aż tak źle nie jest.

Na komorze zamkowej widać numer dystryktu fińskiej Gwardii Cywilnej, obecny jest także stempel "SA" (Suomen Armeija) będący stemplem oznaczającym przynależność broni do wojska. Na lufie widać stempel w postaci litery "D" - świadczący z kolei o przystosowaniu tego karabinu do fińskiego naboju D166.

Ponieważ dyskusja o zamienności amunicji 7,62x53R oraz 7,62x54R w tych karabinach wydaje się nie mieć ostatecznego rozwiązania (jeden rabin mówi TAK, drugi rabin mówi NIE) - na fakturze umieszczamy oba kalibry. Umożliwi to zakup amunicji obu kalibrów.
