Anodowany na czarno karabin o systemie gazowym posiada chromowaną lufę o długości 14 cala i skok gwintu 1:7. Lufa zakończona jest gwintem w standardzie MIL-SPEC 1/2x28 oraz tłumik płomienia bird cage A2. Posiada standardowy spust MIL-SPEC i bezpiecznik. Posiada także chwyt pistoletowy A2 i kolbę M4. Kolba składana w 4 pozycjach oznacza, że długość całkowita mieści się w zakresie od 32” do 35,5”. Karabinek waży 6,95 funta. Korpus wykonany jest z mocnego i lekkiego aluminium lotniczego 7075-T6. Brakuje uchwytu do przenoszenia, co pozwala na zwieńczenie korpusu zintegrowaną szyną Picatinny MIL-STD-1913. Chwyt transportowy zastąpiony został szczerbiną marki Magpul (model M-BUS).
