CRKT Prowess to nóż codziennego użytku zaprojektowany przez Kena Oniona. Celem projektu miało być stworzenie noża prostego a jednocześnie funkcjonalnego. Ostrze wykonane zostało ze stali nierdzewnej AUS pokrytą dodatkową czarną powłoką EDP dla lepszej ochrony przed korozją. Rękojeść wykonano z nylonu wzmocnionego włóknem szklanym. Dzięki dodatkowej specjalnej fakturze gwarantuje pewny chwyt.
Użytkowanie ułatwia flipper wspomagany systemem IKBS, dzięki czemu ostrze można łatwo wysunąć jednym ruchem ręki. Dla bezpieczeństwa użyto blokady locking liner, chroniący przed przypadkowym złożeniem noża.
