Nóż taktyczny zaprojektowany przez Kita Carsona. Jego długość całkowita wynosi 18 cm. Po złożeniu natomiast ma długość 10,2 cm.
Ząbkowane ostrze Spear Point Triple Point Serrations wykonano ze stali nierdzewnej 8Cr13MoV o twardości 56-58 HRC. Głownia wykończona jest czarną oksydą nadającą jej taktyczny wygląd nie generujący refleksów świetlnych.
Rękojeść wykonano ze stali nierdzewnej. Podobnie jak głownia jest ona czarna. W nożu M21-01KSF zastosowano blokadę Frame Lock zabezpieczającą użytkownika przed samoczynnym czy też przypadkowym zamknięciem ostrza. Nóż posiada flipper, który nie tylko wspomaga otwieranie noża. Po otwarciu zamienia się w jelec chroniący dłoń przed zsunięciem się na krawędź ostrza.
Nóż wyposazony jest w klips ze stali nierdzewnej, który można zamontować w jednej z dwóch pozycji.
