Der Walther Saufänger La Chasse ist ein klassisches Abfangmesser für die Jagd. Seine knapp 24 cm lange und 4 cm breite Klinge mit Hohlkehle sorgt bei gezielter Anwendung für ein sofortiges Verenden des Stückes. Die Klinge besteht aus rostfreiem Stahl 440C.
