Carbide inserts and cross-mounted ceramic grinding inserts provide high operational safety with the fixed grinding angle and deliver consistently good results even without prior knowledge. While the coarser carbide inserts ensure the quick restoration of the edge geometry, the fine ceramic inserts are responsible for the subsequent fine-tuning or for quickly "refreshing" the sharpness in between. This combination allows you to give and maintain maximum sharpness to every blade. The ergonomically shaped sharpener features non-slip rubber feet and a rubberized handle for comfortable and safe working. The V-shaped base also allows sharpening at the edge of a table.
