The Blaser R8 Ultimate Carbon Silence leather bolt-action rifle features an ergonomically perfected perforated stock that ensures a relaxed shooting hand position and optimal control for rested, precise shooting. It is very lightweight and easy to handle. The leather grip inserts on the fore-end and pistol grip support a secure hold even in wet conditions. The Blaser R8 Ultimate Carbon Silence bolt-action rifle offers the best protection for the hearing of both hunter and hunting dog. Illumination Control (iC) links the control of the reticle illumination of Blaser scopes to the operation of the rifle. A sensor in the eyepiece detects the position of the cocking slider and independently controls the turning on and off of the red dot. The rifle is delivered with an integral suppressor.
