These knife edges can be ground very delicately while maintaining their stability. High-quality efficiency The HORL®Diamond Standard is the most durable and efficient sharpening medium on the market. The monocrystalline diamonds are harder than any knife steel and are fixed in a nickel bed by galvanic means to about 55%. The magnetic sharpening guide The secret to the perfect angle The combination of strong neodymium magnets and the HORL®S-Pad allows for a secure fixation of the knife during sharpening. Reinforced by the anti-slip effect of the S-Pad, even small blades can be sharpened consistently and reproducibly at the desired height.
