The very classic method of sharpening with a water stone requires some practice, but is still very popular among discerning users today. The paired grits of the high-quality combination water stone allow for both coarse grinding and fine honing of dull knife blades, ensuring optimal results. Delivery without holder. Do not use sharpening oil! A water stone should always be soaked before sharpening (place in cold water for about 10 minutes) and kept moist during sharpening to achieve optimal grinding effect and to protect the blade.
