The system with the camouflage stock of the Blaser R8 Ultimate HunTec Semi Weight is the ideal basis for a modern hunting rifle
The Blaser R8 is one of the most popular bolt-action rifles ever. Its "Ultimate HunTec Semi Weight" version impresses with functionality and its camouflage design. Blaser offers extensive modularity, allowing you to customize the barrel and bolt according to your personal needs. The stock and system in this version are designed for the 300 g heavier Semi Weight barrels from Blaser.
The Stock
The synthetic stock in camouflage with its black elastomer grip inserts on the pistol grip and forend is unaffected by moisture and cold, maintaining its grip at all times. The recoil pad optimally compensates for recoil. The design with the straight back gives the hunting rifle a flowing, dynamic shape that fits ergonomically perfect when shouldered. The stock has a very pleasant tactile surface.
The System
The hand tensioning system of the R8 Ultimate HunTec Semi Weight guarantees maximum safety through the relaxation of the firing pin spring. The tension is applied only immediately before the shot by pushing the tensioning slider forward. The quickly reloadable straight-pull bolt action system is made of duralumin. The direct trigger of the R8 rifle is dry and ensures a precise shot release without jerking.
