The stock of the R8 Success Grand Luxe is made from wood in the noble class 6 and is finished with a glossy surface. The checkered texture on the grip surfaces feels pleasant to the touch. The end of the fore-end is made of fine black ebony. The rubber butt plate noticeably reduces recoil.
