Die bleifreie Munition zeichnet sich gerade in Bezug auf größeres Wild durch eine waidgerechte Geschosswirkung aus. Norma lehnt sich mit der Entwicklung von Ecostrike an die patentierten Norma Kalahari-Geschosse an. Die veränderte Formgebung des vorderen Geschossmantels, die neue Geschossspitze, Boattail-Heck sowie die Tatsache, dass es aus vollem Material gedreht wurde, sorgen für eine Top-Ballistik, sodass unabhängig von der Zielentfernung eine optimale Stopp- und Tiefenwirkung erzielt wird.
