Technical perfection meets traditional engraving art – the Blaser R8 Baronesse is a first-class hunting rifle.

The two-part stock made of the finest walnut wood from wood class 8, here in the version for left-handed shooters, combines with the artistically engraved side plates of the action to create an elegant unit. In this version of the R8 Baronesse, a pistol grip cap with a deer motif adorns the pistol grip. The buttstock with Bavarian cheek piece and double fold features a straight comb, and the black fore-end cap is made of ebony. A rubber butt pad completes the stock, providing recoil reduction and a slip-resistant resting of the weapon. Externally kept in a traditional style, the system of the R8 Baronesse is extremely modern and safe. Here, a gold-colored titanium-nitrided trigger and chamber, as well as a polished walnut chamber grip ball, emphasize the elegance of the hunting rifle.

The removable magazine and trigger group form a unit with the action of the Blaser R8. The magazine release buttons are ideally positioned above the trigger guard, allowing for quick and intuitive handling. The magazine can be removed in a flash and "blindly." The dry direct trigger of the R8 provides the perfect basis for a precise shot. The shot is released at approximately 750 g trigger weight without any delay.
The Blaser R8 Baronesse equipment options allow the shooter to customize the weapon even better to individual needs and preferences. Optional stock wood classes up to HK 11 are available. It is possible to equip the buttstock with a kickstop or stock magazine. A variety of refined chamber grip balls, e.g., made of steel with engraving, are also available.
