Blaser System R8 Ultimate HunTec CAMO Silence

The ergonomically optimized Ultimate synthetic skeleton stock in the HunTec® camouflage pattern of the R8 Ultimate by Blaser impresses both shooters and hunters alike.

The innovative integral silencer ensures excellent hearing protection for hunters and hunting dogs.

The stock is exclusively manufactured for right-handed shooters in the HunTec® camouflage pattern with black elastomer inlays on the pistol grip, forend, and cheek piece. Optionally, specially impregnated leather grip inlays are offered. The skeleton stock ensures a completely relaxed position of the shooting hand and arm in all shooting positions – prone, offhand, or supported. The shooter's accuracy is immediately increased, and shooter errors such as the annoying "flinching" are almost completely eliminated. The synthetic stock is particularly durable and weather-resistant. Primarily, the design of the hunting rifle focuses on protecting the hearing of both the hunter and the hunting dog. The stock and system are prepared for the attachment of a Blaser integral silencer, which significantly reduces the gunshot noise by 28 dB. Thanks to the evenly distributed mass along the entire barrel, the R8 Silence offers the familiar, top-notch balance and handling that characterizes every R8 model. The outer contour of the barrel and silencer jacket is designed in a continuous "bull-barrel" style, giving the R8 Silence both low weight and an exceptionally attractive overall appearance.

The Blaser R8 Ultimate equipment options allow the shooter to customize the weapon even better to their individual needs and preferences. Among other things, an adjustable butt plate can be retrofitted. The height adjustment of the stock significantly improves the sighting behavior in the scope. The contact with the stock enables a repeatable, clean position, which is a prerequisite for a secure hit. With the help of the adjustable butt pad, the shooter can individually adjust the length of the stock to their body measurements. Additionally, the repeating rifle can be equipped with a damping system according to preference. The recoil damping system can be adjusted in terms of the damping level.

The removable magazine and trigger group form a unit with the system housing of the Blaser R8. The magazine release buttons are ideally positioned above the trigger guard, allowing for quick and intuitive handling. The magazine can be removed quickly and "blindly." The dry direct trigger of the R8 provides the perfect basis for a precise shot. The shot is released at approximately 750 g trigger weight without any delay.
