The Blaser R8 Ruthenium – here stock and system in left-hand configuration – is named after one of the most valuable platinum metals in the world.

The elaborate finish in ruthenium optics on the system housing, trigger guard, magazine base, and bolt guide harmonizes excellently with the noble walnut wood of class 8 and the contrasting fore-end cap made of dark ebony. The modern and high-quality design is emphasized by the steel pistol grip cap with ebony inlay. The classic buttstock with a straight comb and a Bavarian cheek piece with double fold is equipped with a recoil-absorbing rubber butt pad.
