The one-piece stock of this Blaser R8 Professional Success is designed to accommodate a semi-weight barrel. This has a 19 mm profile and is about 300 g heavier than the standard barrels from Blaser. This optimizes the oscillation behavior of the hunting rifle and reduces recoil. The dark green stock color, combined with the black elastomer inlays on the grip surfaces and the stock back, is aesthetically pleasing. The pistol grip and thumb hole are ergonomically perfectly arranged, ensuring that the shooting hand remains relaxed at all times.
The R8 system is made of dural and is secured by a relaxation of the firing pin spring. It is tensioned only before the shot by simply pushing the tensioning slider forward. The direct trigger is as crisp as glass and releases at a trigger weight of 750 g without any delay.

Pistolengriff und Daumenloch sind ergonomisch perfekt angeordnet, so dass die Schusshand stets entspannt bleibt.
Das System der R8 ist aus Dural gefertigt und wird durch eine Entspannung der Schlagfeder gesichert. Gespannt wird es erst vor dem Schuss durch ein einfaches Vorschieben des Spannschiebers. Der Direktabzug steht trocken wie Glas und löst bei 750 g Abzugsgewicht ohne Verzug aus.
