Mauser Karabiner Persien Kontrakt Modell 98/38 - Schah Auftrag.
8x57IS, valid proof. These carbines are of the highest quality and were purchased from a depot in the 80s and brought back to the market here.
Almost as new condition except for a few pressure marks on the stock. Stock with original finish, (shellac?) - not like many, sanded and cobbled together. Deeply and clearly marked on the butt with Farsi, as well as on the opposite side with remnants of depot inventory.
5 round integrated box magazine with white polished steel follower.
Barrel bright. Medium brown walnut stock with pistol grip and low steel cap. Marking in Farsi. High, light-permeable front sight, tangential sight with roof sight and V-notch.
Swivel mounts front and rear. Bayonet holder. Original cleaning rod.

Used firearm with age-related scratches and stains possible, pictures are part of the description, errors excepted.

8x57IS, gültiger Beschuss. Diese Karabiner sind von Höchster Qualität und wurden in den 80igern von einem Depot aufgekauft und hier wieder auf den Markt gebracht.
Nahezu neuwertiger Zustand bis auf vereinzelte Druckstellen im Schaft. Schaft mit originalem Finish, (Schellack?) - nicht wie bei vielen, beschliffen und verbastelt. Tief und deutlich am Kolben mit Farsi beschriftet, sowie an gegenüberliegenden Seite mit Resten von Depotinventarisierung.
5 schüssiges integriertes KastenMagazin mit weiss poliertem Stahlzubringer.
Lauf blank. Mittelbrauner Nussbaum Schaft mit Pistolengriff und niederer Stahlkappe. Beschriftung auf Farsi. Hoher, lichtdurchbrochener Kornsattel, Tangential Visier mit Dachkorn und V-Kimme.
Riemenbügel vorne und hinten. Bajonett-Halter. Original Putzstock.
