This knife was specially developed by Opinel for collecting and preparing mushrooms. With the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back, mushrooms can be easily peeled. At the end of the handle made of natural-colored, lacquered beech wood, there is a brush made of wild boar bristles, which can be used to easily brush off soil residues from the mushrooms. Dieses Messer wurde von Opinel eigens für das Sammeln und die Vorbereitung von Pilzen entwickelt. Mit der feinen, gekrümmten Sandvik-Edelstahlklinge mit gezahntem Rücken können Pilze problemlos gehäutet werden. Am Ende des Griffes aus naturfarbenem, lackiertem Buchenholz befindet sich eine Bürste aus Wildschweinborsten, mit deren Hilfe man leicht Erdreste von den Pilzen abbürsten kann.
