Riproduzione di un mitra a fuoco selettivo, in metallo e legno con cinghia in tessuto e pelle, meccanismo di caricamento e sparo simulato e caricatore rimovibile.
Il PPSh-41 (Pistolet-Pulemyot Shpagina), progettato da Georgi Shpagin, era un mitra che funzionava a massa battente, alimentato da caricatore e che sparava con otturatore aperto. Utilizzava munizioni Tokarev 7,62 x 25 e aveva caricatori a forma di tamburo da 71 colpi o caricatori bifilari curvi da 35 colpi, con una velocità di 900 colpi / min. Arma semplice che necessitava poca manutenzione e funzionava in qualsiasi condizione.
Per la sua robustezza e affidabilità, è stata una delle principali armi leggere dell’esercito sovietico durante la seconda guerra mondiale, diventando un simbolo della vittoria sulla Germania. Durante questo conflitto, il PPSh-41 è stato utilizzato in modo intensivo e si stima che siano entrate in servizio circa 6 milioni di unità, con le quali sono state armate intere divisioni.
Sapevi che durante la seconda guerra mondiale, in molte occasioni, i soldati tedeschi preferirono utilizzare i fucili mitragliatori PPSh-41 che catturarono ai sovietici, perché il caricatore aveva una capacità maggiore e sparava senza problemi anche le cartucce della pistola Mauser?

Anche nella guerra di Corea, l’Unione Sovietica ha fornito grandi quantità di mitra PPSh-41 e in Vietnam è stato usato come arma dai vietcong e dai guerriglieri comunisti di tutto il mondo.
