Ottime condizioni generali per questo revolver prodotto ad Hartford nel Connecticut dalla Colt nel 1916. Questa centenaria al servizio di Sua Maestà Re Giorgio V° durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, è stata l’arma da fianco di qualche ufficiale britannico. Camerata per il calibro .455 Webley (detto anche .455 Eley o .455 Colt.) fu nominata Pistol Colt .455-inch 5.5-inch barrel Mk. I. Fu adottata come sostituta al revolver Webley standard, dal “British War Department”. Sul fianco della canna è presente la rullatura “NEW SERVICE .455 ELEY” per distinguerla dalle versioni in cal. 45 ACP utilizzate dagli americani e canadesi. Gli inglesi ed i canadesi (in .45 acp) ricevettero circa 60,000 esemplari durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, continuando ad utilizzarli fino alla Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Questa si presenta in condizioni molto buone, con una meccanica perfetta e con la canna in buone condizioni. Guancette in ordine, attacco del correggiolo e marchi inglesi.
