ACOG Footprint · QD · two bases
ADM AD-B2 / AD-B3: Optic base decides – not the magnification number This offer bundles two different ADM QD bases. The AD-B2 is intended for Mini-ACOG and selected compact prism scopes, the AD-B3 for full-size ACOG bases. Choosing only by "3x" or "4x" can be wrong despite similar optic shape.
Black-Raptor rule: first confirm exact optic model and footprint, then choose AD-B2 or AD-B3.

Fits well / fits rather not

Fits well if … … your optic model explicitly belongs to the AD-B2 or AD-B3 base and you want a direct QD connection to the Picatinny rail.

Fits rather not if … … you use an Aimpoint Micro, MRO, RMR or another footprint or actually want a riser instead of direct mounting.

AD-B2 or AD-B3?

AD-B2: existing ADM data names Mini-ACOG TA33/TA44 and other explicitly approved compact prism scopes like Primary Arms GLx 2x and SLx Micro Prism. AD-B3: for full-size ACOG bases like TA01, TA11 and TA31 as well as comparable ACOG bases.
Magnification alone is no proof of compatibility. A 3x prism can use a completely different footprint than a TA33.

Features with practical effect

Direct mounting No additional upper Picatinny level: fewer interfaces, but the optic base must fit exactly.

QD Auto Lock The clamping force can be adjusted to the rail. Use the same groove and stop direction when remounting.

AD-B2 compact Existing data: approx. 2.1 inches long, about 99 g. Fits the more compact Mini-ACOG family.

AD-B3 longer Existing data: approx. 3.5 inches long, about 85 g. Designed for the full-size ACOG base.

Limits, disadvantages & avoid bad purchases

The biggest source of error is footprint confusion. "Prism optic," "ACOG style" or a similar
Magnification alone is not enough. Only the specific manufacturer approval counts.
The general ADM torque specifications for scope rings must not be universally applied to the base screws of these direct mounts. For optic mounting, the specification of the specific optic model or hardware kit applies.

Technical data with practical interpretation

Lower interface Picatinny. The rail must be clean, undamaged, and able to be clamped properly.

Material 6061-T6 aluminum, black Type-III hard anodized. Direct, robust base without additional adapter layer.

QD system ADM Auto Lock, adjustable. Do not force closed with incorrect clamping tension.

Variant logic AD-B2 = Mini-ACOG/compact prism optics; AD-B3 = full-size ACOG base. Check model approval before purchase.

Scope of delivery
1 × ADM QD mount in the chosen version AD-B2 or AD-B3 with pre-assembled QD lever system. Optic, platform, additional rail, riser, and torque wrench are not included.
FAQ
Which variant fits TA33 or TA44? The AD-B2.
Which variant fits TA01, TA11, or TA31? The AD-B3.
Is "3x" or "4x" enough as a selection criterion? No. The mechanical base of the specific optic model is decisive.
Is a riser included? No. This is a direct mount between Picatinny and the matching optic base.
Black Raptor · honestly classified
These ADM bases are very clear once the optic base is clarified. Those who select only by magnification risk a mechanically incompatible purchase. (Show description in original language)

ACOG-Footprint · QD · zwei Basen

AD-B2 kompakter Vorhandene Daten: ca. 2,1 Zoll lang, rund 99 g. Das passt zur kompakteren Mini-ACOG-Familie.

AD-B3 länger Vorhandene Daten: ca. 3,5 Zoll lang, rund 85 g. Ausgelegt für die vollformatige ACOG-Basis.

Grenzen, Nachteile & Fehlkauf vermeiden

Material 6061-T6 Aluminium, schwarzes Type-III-Harteloxal. Direkte, robuste Basis ohne zusätzliche Adapterebene.

QD-System ADM Auto Lock, einstellbar.

Variantenlogik AD-B2 = Mini-ACOG/kompakte Prismenoptiken; AD-B3 = vollformatige ACOG-Basis. Modellfreigabe vor Kauf prüfen.

FAQ
Welche Variante passt zu TA33 oder TA44? Die AD-B2. Welche Variante passt zu TA01, TA11 oder TA31? Die AD-B3. Reicht „3x“ oder „4x“ als Auswahlkriterium? Nein.
Black Raptor · ehrlich eingeordnet
