The UTG ACCU-SYNC Cantilever Mount with 30 MOA is the 34 mm version for long-range scopes on Picatinny. 70 mm offset, QR lever, and a defined one-piece ring geometry combine cantilever, eye relief, and quick detachment in one mount.
34 mm tube size and 30 MOA both have to match
The 30 MOA incline shifts the usable elevation adjustment range; the 34 mm ring diameter determines the physical fit. Neither is interchangeable or “almost fitting.”

For a deliberately built 34 mm long-range optic, the combination of 30 MOA and 70 mm offset is coherent. For light hunting or neutral all-round setups, it is often too specialized.
Practical tip: Determine the internal elevation adjustment range of the optic before mounting. Only then adjust eye relief and QR lever. After the first training, check the ring caps and lever tension according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
