The NEXTORCH TA30CS OPERATOR SAND lets you choose between 300 and 1,600 lumens momentary light before activation. A firm second pressure point triggers the 1,600-lumen strobe regardless of the preset.
The key difference to the regular TA30C: The operator tail switch does not lock. Light is only on while you press. This makes the TA30CS a specialist – not a universal work or search light.

Was der Operator-Schalter praktisch verändert
Erster Druckpunkt
Je nach Stellung des Drehrings stehen 300 oder 1.600 Lumen als Momentlicht bereit. Beim Loslassen geht die Lampe aus.
Zweiter Druckpunkt
Vollständiges Drücken aktiviert immer den 1.600-Lumen-Strobe. Der Übergang muss mit der eigenen Handposition und mit Handschuhen geübt werden.
300-Lumen-Vorwahl
Sie begrenzt die Leistung für kurze Distanzen und stark reflektierende Umgebungen. Abstand, Wandfarbe, Glas, Feuchtigkeit und Dunkeladaptation beeinflussen die Eigenblendung trotzdem deutlich.

Safety, Care and Training
Do not shine directly into eyes and do not use strobe uncontrollably. The 300-lumen setting reduces light output but does not automatically prevent self- or external glare. Secure the ring switch before transport and check in the holster if pressure on the tail switch is possible.
Only charge the battery with a suitable power source, do not reuse damaged cells, and do not mix or recharge CR123A cells. Keep threads and O-rings clean; maintain seals lightly with suitable silicone grease. After exposure to moisture, dry the lamp and battery compartment.

Does the TA30CS have locked-on constant light? No. According to NEXTORCH, the model-specific Operator tail switch does not lock on. The light only shines while pressing.
Can I preselect 300 lumens and 1,600 lumens? Yes. The rotating ring selects the momentary light output. The first pressure point outputs 300 or 1,600 lumens; full press activates 1,600-lumen strobe regardless of preselection.
Are 300 lumens automatically glare-free at close range? No. Reflective surface, distance, viewing direction, and dark adaptation remain decisive. The power limit is a tool, not a guarantee.
Which batteries fit? Intended are one 18650 Li-Ion battery or two CR123A cells. The included 18650 battery has a direct USB-C charging port.
How reliable is the 303-meter specification? This is a standardized range specification. It does not describe a guaranteed detection or operational distance. Weather, stray light, target contrast, and vision reduce the practically usable distance.
