Dieses System kombiniert die Vorteile eines leistungsstarken Schalldämpfers mit denen einer Mündungsbremse, um sowohl Schall als auch Rückstoß und Mündungshochschlag effektiv zu reduzieren und so das Schussgefühl deutlich zu verbessern. Das robuste, aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigte System verfügt über eine widerstandsfähige Cerakote-Oberfläche und ist auf dauerhafte, harte Nutzung ausgelegt – ideal für jagdliche Präzisionsschüsse und sportliche Anwendungen. In der Praxis erreicht der MARKSMAN PRS im .30-Kaliber eine Dämpfleistung von rund 30 dB(C) (abhängig von Kaliber, Lauflänge und Munition) und bietet mit seinem Durchmesser von ca. 44 mm sowie einer Gesamtlänge von etwa 218 mm ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis von Dämpfung, Gewicht und Handhabung. Die Waffenverlängerung liegt bei ca. 155 mm über dem Laufansatz, wodurch Balance und Führigkeit der Waffe erhalten bleiben.
