Das Herbertz Survival-Messer hat eine 22 cm lange Klinge in Bowie Form, die aus rostfreiem Stahl gefertigt wurde. Die Spitze des Klingenrückens hat eine scharfe Sägezahnung und im weiteren Verlauf eine Rückensäge. Das Parierelement schützt die Hand vorm Abrutschen in die Klinge. Durch die strukturiere Oberfläche des Aluminiumgriffs, liegt das Messer sicher in der Hand. Das Innere des Griffs ist hohl und dort befindet sich eine Angelnotfallausstattung und ein flexibler Draht.
