Das Model 83 ist ein fünfschüssiger Single-Action-Revolver aus US-amerikanischer Fertigung. Die Premier-Grade-Ausführung steht für die hochwertigere Modelllinie von Freedom Arms. Der Revolver besitzt eine verstellbare Visierung und ist für seine sehr präzise Verarbeitung, enge Passungen und robuste Konstruktion bekannt. Freedom Arms führt das Model 83 weiterhin offiziell als eigenständige Modellreihe.
Die angebotene Waffe befindet sich in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Technisch und optisch sind keine wesentlichen Mängel bekannt. Der 6-Zoll-Lauf bietet eine lange Visierlinie und entspricht einer der klassischen Ausführungen des Model 83.
