The B&T PRINT-X RBS QDN Full Size represents the latest generation of modern rifle suppressors from Brügger & Thomet (B&T). Designed for the highest military and law enforcement requirements, it combines state-of-the-art 3D printing technology, extremely durable materials, and the patented Reduced Backpressure System (RBS).
Made from Inconel 718, a high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium alloy, the suppressor impresses with exceptional durability even under high shooting loads and rapid fire sequences. The manufacturing process uses high-precision laser sintering (3D printing), allowing for a complex internal geometry that would not be possible with conventional manufacturing methods.
Patented Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)
Unlike conventional suppressors, the patented Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) significantly reduces the backpressure of the propellant gases. A portion of the combustion gases is already controlled and directed forward from the first expansion chamber. This results in a much faster decrease in gas pressure.

reduced wear on semi-automatic rifles
ideal for firearms without adjustable gas systems

QDN Quick Release with HUB Interface
The suppressor features a bonded HUB QDN interface (1.375"-24) and is equipped with the proven B&T QDN quick release. The system allows for quick, secure, and repeatable attachment and detachment of the suppressor.
The QDN closure is compatible with the classic A2 Birdcage Flash Hider as well as numerous NATO-compliant muzzle flash suppressors and muzzle brakes, providing high flexibility for use on different weapon platforms.

Der B&T PRINT-X RBS QDN Full Size repräsentiert die neueste Generation moderner Gewehr-Schalldämpfer aus dem Hause Brügger & Thomet (B&T). Entwickelt für höchste militärische und behördliche Anforderungen, vereint er modernste 3D-Drucktechnologie, extrem belastbare Werkstoffe und das patentierte Reduced Backpressure System (RBS).
Gefertigt aus Inconel 718, einer hochtemperaturbeständigen Nickel-Chrom-Legierung, überzeugt der Schalldämpfer durch außergewöhnliche Haltbarkeit selbst bei hoher Schussbelastung und schnellen Schussfolgen. Die Herstellung erfolgt im hochpräzisen Lasersinterverfahren (3D-Druck), wodurch eine komplexe Innengeometrie realisiert werden kann, die mit konventionellen Fertigungsverfahren nicht möglich wäre.
Patentiertes Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)
Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Schalldämpfern reduziert das patentierte Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) den Rückstau der Pulvergase erheblich. Ein Teil der Verbrennungsgase wird bereits aus der ersten Expansionskammer kontrolliert nach vorne abgeleitet. Dadurch sinkt der Gasdruck deutlich schneller.

QDN-Schnellverschluss mit HUB-Schnittstelle
Der Schalldämpfer verfügt über eine verklebte HUB QDN-Schnittstelle (1.375"-24) und ist mit dem bewährten B&T QDN-Schnellverschluss ausgestattet. Das System ermöglicht ein schnelles, sicheres und wiederholgenaues Aufsetzen und Abnehmen des Schalldämpfers.
Der QDN-Verschluss ist kompatibel mit dem klassischen A2 Birdcage Flash Hider sowie zahlreichen NATO-konformen Mündungsfeuerdämpfern und Mündungsbremsen und bietet dadurch eine hohe Flexibilität beim Einsatz auf unterschiedlichen Waffenplattformen.
