The IPS-7 battery replaces the predecessor IPS-5, so it is compatible with all models, just like the IPS-5 battery. The battery pack is compatible with the Pulsar thermal imaging cameras of the Helion, Krypton, Forward, Trail, and Digisight Ultra series. Compared to using batteries, operating costs are lower in the long run. Additionally, it saves the hassle of repeatedly changing batteries. A single charge lasts for 10 - 13 hours without needing to change the battery.
The Pulsar IPS7 has a capacity of 6.4 Ah. The housing material is made of solid plastic. Thanks to the lithium-ion technology used, it is possible to achieve a long runtime of ten to thirteen hours, even though the battery pack weighs only 130 grams.

Der IPS-7 Akku ersetzt den Vorgänger IPS-5, er ist also zu allen Modellen kompatibel, wie der IPS-5 Akku. Das Akku-Pack ist kompatibel zu den Pulsar Wärmebildkameras der Serie Helion, Krypton, Forward, Trail und Digisight Ultra. Gegenüber dem Gebrauch von Batterien, ist der Betrieb auf Dauer kostengünstiger. Zudem erspart man sich dadurch den immer wiederkehrenden Wechsel der Batterien. Eine Akkuladung reicht für 10 - 13 Stunden , ohne den Akku wechseln zu müssen.
