The Nitecore EDC29 LUMINBLADE is a compact and extremely powerful EDC flashlight with tactical features. Two 9-core NiteLab UHi 20 MAX LEDs deliver up to 6500 lumens. This enables multiple light modes such as LUMIN SHIELD, STROBE, SEARCH spot, and floodlight. Impressive is the SEARCH mode with 3000 lumens and a beam distance of up to 400 meters. The Lumin Shield function activates the 8 outer LEDs and provides a strong floodlight of 6500 lumens. The tail switch is designed as a two-stage switch. The EDC29 is turned on and off by fully pressing the tail switch; half-pressing changes the brightness level. Lumin Shield and SEARCH are designed as momentary lights and cannot be turned on permanently. An optical sensor detects obstacles in front of the lens and reduces brightness to avoid damage. The flashlight can be protected from accidental activation via the Rapid-Lock switch. Particularly striking about the EDC29 is the optics. This has been inspired by tactical equipment and ensures a firm grip. The OLED display shows useful information about the lamp's status, such as selected brightness level, remaining battery life, etc. The integrated Li-Ion battery with 2500mAh is charged via a USB-C charging port. According to IP54 standard, the titanium-coated stainless steel housing is protected against dirt and splashes. Delivery includes USB-C charging cable, lanyard, clip, and user manual.

Die Nitecore EDC29 LUMINBLADE ist eine kompakte und extrem leistungsstarke EDC-Taschenlampe mit taktischen Features. Zwei 9-Kern NiteLab UHi 20 MAX LED leisten bis zu 6500 Lumen. Dies ermöglicht mehrere Lichtbilder wie LUMIN SHIELD, STROBE, SEARCH Spot- und Flutlicht. Beeindruckend ist der SEARCH Mode mit 3000 Lumen und einer Leuchtweite von bis zu 400 Metern. Die Funktion Lumin Shield schaltet die 8 außen angeordneten LEDs hinzu und sorgt für ein 6500 Lumen starkes Flutlicht. Der Heckschalter ist als Zwei-Stufen-Schalter ausgelegt. Die EDC29 wird ein- und ausgeschaltet durch vollständiges Durchdrücken des Heckschalters; halbes Durchdrücken ändert die Leuchtstufe. Lumin Shield und SEARCH sind als Momentlicht ausgelegt und können nicht dauerhaft eingeschaltet werden. Ein optischer Sensor erkennt Hindernisse vor der Linse und reduziert die Leuchtstärke, um Schäden zu vermeiden. Die Taschenlampe kann über den Rapid-Lock-Schalter vor unbeabsichtigtem Einschalten geschützt werden. Besonders auffällig an der EDC29 ist die Optik. Diese wurde taktischer Ausrüstung nachempfunden und sorgt für festen Griff. Über das OLED-Display lassen sich nützliche Information zum Zustand der Lampe, wie gewählte Leuchtstufe, verbleibende Akkulaufzeit etc. ablesen. Der integrierte Li-Ion Akku mit 2500mAh wird über einen USB-C-Ladeport geladen. Gemäß IP54 Standard ist das titanbeschichtete Edelstahlgehäuse vor Schmutz und Spritzwasser geschützt.
