The Thermacell Backpacker MR-BP is the compact solution for mosquito control while camping and hiking. As an alternative to applied lotions and sprays, this lightweight device creates a protection area of about 15 m² and keeps up to 98% of biting mosquitoes and similar blood-sucking insects away. Instead of skin preparations, the Thermacell Backpacker uses active ingredient plates with Eucalyptus-Citriodora scent, which are heated using a mini butane grill with piezo ignition (without an open flame). The handling is simple and safe. A commercially available gas cartridge with a screw thread is required for operation (not included).
